Right, on to the next category for 'My Photography Journey with Landscapes Photography'. Sometimes when on vacations, we got to stay at beachfront hotels or resorts with beautiful views. So here are some of those wonderful seascapes photos.
These were at Avillion Port Dickson. Known for its water chalets, Avillion PD makes a wonderful setting for seascapes photography.
Next photos pula adalah di Awana Porto Malai Resort Langkawi. I think sekarang dikenali sebagai Resort World Langkawi. Lokasinya di Tanjung Malai. This amazing view was shot from the balcony of my ocean-facing room. SubhanAllah... cantik sungguh!
Hotel ini menghadap Langkawi UNESCO Global Geopark dan Dayang Bunting Marble Geoforest. Jadi memang cantiklah sangat ambil gambar fotografi landskap terutamanya ketika matahari terbit. Foto ini dirakam pada pukul 7:25 pagi. Jadi kalau menginap di sini, firstly, pastikan request for room facing the ocean. Kedua, jangan kesiangan dan bersedia tunggu sunrise dengan kamera di balkoni 😃.
Minute by minutes, the scenery changes from one glorious moment to the next. Oh how the colors changed! Mesmerizing!
Also jangan lepaskan peluang merakam beberapa night shots. Ini saya ambil gambar di waterfront / boardwalk of the resort. Jadi eloklah bawa tripod.
Untuk dapatkan cahaya lampu-lampu bentuk macam bintang, saya shoot this photo at 15 seconds with f/3.5.
By the way, foto-foto di resort ini saya rakam menggunakan my first digital camera, the Canon PowerShot G6 back in May 2006, which was 15 years ago 😃.
Saya juga explore ke kawasan pantai berdekatan Awana Porto Malai Resort. Dari waterfront hotel itu saya nampak ada sebuah jeti with boats passing by. Jadi saya pun ke situ. Wah! Ada jeti yang cantik ini!
Bangunan kuning berbumbung merah itulah Awana Porto Malai Resort.
Di Awana Porto Malai Resort ini juga ada sebuah marina tempat boats and yachts berlabuh. Jadi elok kalau compose the decked water vessels into the images as well.
The shimmering green turquoise of the sea..so beautiful.
Seterusnya adalah foto-foto yang diambil di salah sebuah pantai di Cherating pada 2013. Tak ingat which beach and at which resort 😅.
Pemandangan matahari terbit di belah-belah pantai timur ni memanglah cantik sungguh!
Kalau dapat eloklah compose and 'position' the boat selari dengan jaluran sinar matahari di permukaan laut untuk mendapatkan silhouette bot itu.
Rajin-rajinlah juga bangun awal untuk ke pantai sebab masa tu selalunya tak ada orang. Maka dapatlah rakam foto-foto pantai yang lengang dan aman damai 😄.
Ok next, foto-foto di Corus Paradise Resort Port Dickson. Pada saya, inilah antara beach hotel yang paling cantik pernah saya dan isteri inap. I really like the beach landscape they created.
Bila pemandangan cantik macam ni, maka haruslah explore. Di pantai hotel ini ada sebuah lagun buatan dengan bentang pasirnya dihiasi dengan barisan pokok-pokok kelapa. Pada saya ianya sangatlah cantik!
Tetiba terperasan ada kapalterbang tengah lalu, cepat-cepat compose and shoot.. hihi 😄.
Dan tentulah masa matahari terbenam adalah saat-saat yang dinanti-nantikan 😀.

Seterusnya kita ke Pulau Pinang pula. Ini pemandangan dari bilik penginapan di Flamingo Hotel Tanjung Bungah Pulau Pinang.
Ada pula pulau, so elok compose sekali dalam shots bersama bot. Kalau tak silap itu Pulau Tikus.
Kalau berada di pantai yang luas dan panjang macam Pantai Tanjung Bungah ini, maka eloklah allocate extra time untuk jalan-jalan dan ambil gambar.
Birds, boats, beach and buildings 😄. Gasak je la masukkan semua elemen-elemen yang sudah terpapar di depan mata dalam satu shot... hihi.
And canoers too 😄.
Moh kita ke Morib pula. Ini di pantai di Gold Coast Morib International Resort.
Masa ini matahari tengah nak terbenam. Berkilau cantik cahaya masa tu.
At times one just need to put away one's camera and just immerse oneself in the breathless beauty that are Allah's creations.
Whenever possible, elok juga masukkan human figures in your composition.
Bila sudah ambil gambar masa senja, elok juga explore pantai pada waktu pagi. Cahaya pagi adalah cantik, lembut dan sangat menenangkan.

| Kebetulan pagi itu ada pula sekumpulan burung-burung camar. Maka haruslah compose sekali dalam foto-foto yang diambil 😄. |
Kalau tidak sibuk ambil gambar macam saya 😄, just take a morning stroll on the beach and let the sand warms your toes and the sea wind rejuvenates you.

"A group of seagulls is actually called a colony and technically there is no such thing as a seagull -- it's just gull".
So now you know. You're welcome.. hahahaha... I also just know lah😁.
Next, di pantai timur lagi. Ini pantai di Suria Cherating Beach Resort. Not a single soul on the beach at that time. Like I had it all to myself 😄. This was in March 2005 at 4:25 pm. Heran kenapa tak ada orang langsung. Tiada pacakan bendera merah which I gather the beach was safe for swimming. Perhaps because it was a Friday.
Try to find anything interesting to capture, something I've never seen or captured before. Just to avoid the cliché. Like this beautiful streaks of beach sand. Unique!
Juga kalau jumpa lopak atau takungan air macam ni, elok la cuba masukkan reflection langit biru berawan di permukaannya.
Ini pula dirakam masa matahari terbit.
Kalau di pantai timur, kita dapat saksikan keindahan matahari terbit, di pantai barat pula, seperti di Thistle Port Dickson Resort ini, kita boleh menikmati keindahan matahari terbenam.
Menunggu saat-saat bulatan matahari mula menyentuh garisan ufuk. SubhanAllah... cantik sangat!
Esoknya warna kemerahan senja semalam diganti with calm blue hues.
Masukkan bayangan pokok-pokok kelapa dalam komposisi 😄.
