But then suddenly came a troop of monkeys near the aviary netting. Now what's interesting about this group was that mostly were mummy monkeys. I mean, I had never before seen so many mummy monkeys with their small babies hanging on tightly to their chests. Naturally I got real excited as this presented a great opportunity photographically.... hehe.. :).
As usual I firstly observes. What curious little baby monkeys! So cute and so nakal! Made me laughed. And the mummies, so protective, so busy caring and running after the young ones... hehe...
And then I saw it. That wonderfully touching maternal instinct. What I did not realize was that I will be capturing these tender moments. I mean, there I was not in the slightest thinking that I would associate monkeys with tenderness.
As I observed further I witness love, care and tenderness that touched my heart. And then I started shooting, trying to capture those beautiful moments.
All of a sudden for me it became more than just capturing photos.
