KUCHING SARAWAK - PART 01

So I was yet on another vacation...hihi.

After Siem Reap [07/02/2014] and Penang [01/03/2014], aku ke Kuching pulak [10/03/2014]. Pas tu ke Jepun [26/03/2014] but the Japan entries will have to come a little bit later. Kena buat entry ke Kuching dulu.. :)

Syukur Alhamdulillah....

Ok, Kuching ni sebenarnya aku dah ke sana beberapa kali sebelum ni. Since my friend tak pernah ke sana, dia minta aku arrangekan a short trip ke Kuching. Kami pergi bertiga. Mula2 aku suruh my travel agent to make the arrangements tapi quotations sgtlah mahal. RM1.3k+ per person! Akhirnya atas cadangan isteri tersayang, aku buat sendiri. Beli tiket Malindo and reserve hotel rooms kat Grand Margherita [both recommended by my wife since dia sering ke Kuching atas sebab kerja]. End up costs per person was lower by almost 40% compared to the one travel agent aku bagi.

Alhamdulillah, the flight was smooth.

Kami menginap di hotel Grand Margherita, Kuching located betul2 kat Kuching Waterfront. These are the views from my hotel room. Terfikir sejenak... kalau la masa tu  Sarawak Regatta.. wooo.... Cuaca memang sgt baik tengahari tu. Letak je bag, aku terus turun to take a few shots.

Aku terus jalan ke sana. About 100 meter. 

All in all, it was a really good start. Mula2 masa nak ke Kuching ni aku feel a bit reluctant cause dah a few times ke sana. Tapi kawan dah nak ke sana sebab dia tak pernah sampai Sarawak, aku ikut je la.
One thing I learn, tak kisah dah pegi ke belum, just enjoy yourself cause each trip will give different experiences :).
Contohnya, jeti nelayan ni. Aku tak tau pun ader jeti within walking distance dari Kuching Waterfront tu. Banyak lagi contoh2 lain yg aku akan share in the next entries :)
